Important Notice Regarding Service Termination:

Customers who have received a Termination Notice must contact the District during normal business hours to verify the total amount due before submitting payment. Partial payment will not be sufficient to prevent shut-off. You are responsible for contacting us with online or phone payment information to cancel a disconnection. Failure to notify the District regarding a pending/processing payment could result in a late fee being added to your account and/or termination of service.

The full account balance must be paid before reconnection. Contact the District during normal business hours at 425-355-3355 to determine the payment amount necessary for reconnection. Confirmation of online or phone payments will be required before reconnection will be scheduled.
